If you could say something to a part of your body right here, right now, what would it be? Guided by that awareness, movement began to flow naturally. In every motion, innermost feelings and even life mottos were gently woven into each step. With marker pens in hand, we swept across the white fabric, leaving strokes of varying thickness and strength. The interweaving lines brought both the spark of contradiction and the beauty of unspoken sync. While bridging connections with others, we found ourselves meeting our own inner worlds.
Starting from different shapes, we chose the patterns from the totem that spoke to us. Moving between the gentle trial of contact and separation, symmetry and asymmetry, our bodies co-created a unique imprint. More than an exploration of dance, it was a moment where we poured our whole heart and body in, extending our truest blessings to one another and back to ourselves.
